The Yellowdig mobile app brings the collaborative learning experience of Yellowdig’s platform to your mobile device. Please refer to this guide for instructions on downloading the app, troubleshooting issues, and understanding which parts of the Yellowdig experience are available via the mobile app.

  • Yellowdig credentials: Use your username or email address and password.

Mobile Performance Guidelines

To ensure optimal performance, please follow these guidelines:

  • Apple Compatibility: The Yellowdig mobile app is compatible with most modern smartphones and tablets, including:
    • iPhone: Requires iOS 13.4 or later.
    • Mac: Requires macOS 11.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip or later.
    • iPod touch: Requires iOS 13.4 or later.
    • Apple Vision: Requires visionOS 1.0 or later.
  • Android Compatibility:
    • Smartphones and Tablets: Requires Android 10.0 (API Level 29) or later.
    • Wear OS Devices: Requires Wear OS 3.0 or later.
  • Minimum System Requirements
    • RAM: 2GB or higher

Account creation is only available on the Yellowdig web app. Visit the Yellowdig Web App to create an account before signing into the mobile app.

How can I reset my password?

  1. On the sign in screen, tap ‘Log In Email or Username’.
  2. Enter your email or username and tap ‘Next’.
  3. Tap ‘Login using Password Instead’.
  4. Tap ‘Recover Password’ to receive reset instructions via email.

Will my points sync with the web app?

Yes, your engagement points are synced across both the mobile app and the web app.

Where is the mobile app available?

The Yellowdig mobile app is available worldwide, excluding countries requiring GDPR-specific compliance.

Supported countries include the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, South Africa, Japan, Brazil, and others.

Features Not Yet Available in the Mobile App

Users are able to participate in their communities and check their points-earning progress via the Mobile App. However, not all web app functionality is available. Below are some of the main functionalities not yet supported in the Mobile app:

  • Yellowdig Administrator, Community Owner, and Facilitator actions.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • LTI Integration.
