How to set your password from outside your Yellowdig account 

  1. Go to yellowdig.app.

  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click Sign In.

  3. Click Recover Password (alternatively, just visit https://yellowdig.app/user/recoverpassword).

  4. Enter the email address that you used to create the account.

  5. You should receive an email with a password reset link. Follow the link and enter your new password.

  6. Click SUBMIT. To successfully set your password, your new password must be sufficiently complex, with a mix of upper and lower case letters and other alphanumeric characters.

Password must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 9 characters
  • Include at least one special symbol
  • Include at least one number
  • Include at least one capital letter
  • Include at least one letter

How to set your password from inside your Yellowdig account

  1. In the main navigation menu, click User Options (the circle user icon at the bottom-left of your Yellowdig page).

  2. From the pop-up menu, select Account Settings.

  3. In the left-hand navigation, click Change Password.

  4. Enter your new password in the required fields and click SUBMIT.
